Light of Berotsana is pleased to offer oral teachings in digital format by Khenchen Namdrol Rinpoche on the one-month retreat for the preliminary practices (ngondro) of Chetsun Nyingtig given at Lerab Ling June 18-28, 2022. These audio teachings can be considered companion study materials to the Instruction Manual for a One-Month Retreat booklet written by Khen Rinpoche and offered by Light of Berotsana, which was updated in January 2023 to include the Tibetan script in the prayers and liturgy.
In 2020, Khenchen Namdrol Rinpoche was meant to lead a preliminary practice retreat for Chetsun Nyingtig practitioners at Lerab Ling in the south of France. Unable to go in person due to the pandemic, he compiled a clear and detailed instruction manual for Chetsun practitioners to practice a one-month retreat for the Chetsun ngondro, or preliminary practices. In the summer of 2022, Khenchen Namdrol was finally able to lead that retreat in person. Before the one-month retreat began, Khen Namdrol Rinpoche gave extensive oral teachings and guidance for practicing Chetsun Nyingtig. This is the audio of his teachings from June 18 through June 28, 2022.
This restricted material is for sincere Chetsun practitioners only. To listen to these teachings, one must have received an empowerment for Chetsun Nyingtig, a reading transmission for the practices included in the Chetsun text, and permission from a lineage teacher. Please respect these samaya commitments.
